Our Properties
Our housing management team manage properties on behalf of various housing associations. We also provide Davitt House, a 10-bed property in Headingley for older people who have some or limited support needs and can live independently. All the properties we manage are one-bedroom flats or bedsits and therefore are only suitable for single people.

What accommodation do you provide?
Davitt House is a detached stone property in Headingley which contains 10 one-bedroom bedsit/flats. The main house contains 7 units and the recently refurbished attached cottage has been converted to include 3 units. The House is a grade II listed and is set within beautiful grounds.

We also manage housing association properties and currently have 41 flats. Our properties are mainly located in the LS7 & LS8 areas of Leeds – Harehills, Chapeltown and Chapel Allerton. Most of the properties are for those over 55 and some are in sheltered accommodation schemes.

What support do you provide?
A Support Worker is employed to manage these properties. They will assist you with the move into the property and repairs and housing-related issues will be dealt with by them. We do not provide intensive support.
