The 25th Leeds St Patrick's Day parade fell on the 17th March, and what a wonderful day we had celebrating our heritage, culture and the contribution of Irish people to Leeds.
Leeds Irish Health and Homes took part in the parade with a lorry decorated to a woodland theme. There were creatures of all kinds on board - some mythical and some real - think lots of colour and lots of facepaint!
And after a grey start, the sun broke through the clouds just as the parade turned back towards Millennium Square - and so began an afternoon of music, dancing, food, drink and entertainment.
Photographer Karen Rangeley captured events for us - scroll on for her photos.
